Introduction
Here at Syntax Error, stepping into our world means you're on board with the rules below. Using what we offer? That shows acceptance. Not keen on agreeing? Then staying away is the move. Our services stay closed unless terms sit right with you.
Our Services
Something went wrong in the code. That's what Syntax Error means. Behind it runs a few different things. Not just one thing, but several. Like TrickoMods, which tweaks Minecraft stuff. Then there's TrickoCraft, where videos show up now and then. A place called Tricko Realms exists too - built on Discord. Bots live there, made by the same folks. What comes next? Maybe TrickoHost, possibly for hosting. Nothing stays fixed though. Projects shift. Some grow. Others vanish without warning.
Acceptable Use
Using our services means staying within legal boundaries, otherwise access might vanish without notice. Breaking rules like exploiting flaws could lead to sudden restrictions on your account. Messing with code, creating bots or copying features - these actions won't be tolerated. Causing trouble for others in the community ends badly, usually with a ban. Harassment, threats or constant disruptions trigger immediate responses from us.
Intellectual Property
Whatever comes out of Syntax Error - mods, bots, logos, code, images - stays ours unless we say different. Using that work without asking first? Not allowed. Sharing it elsewhere, trying to sell it, or building on top won't happen unless we greenlight it.
Mods and Tools Disclaimer
Stuff breaks sometimes. Our tools come without promises they will work perfectly. Crashes might happen even if you follow every step right. Lost files could occur after installing a mod. Conflicts between versions are possible down the line. Damage to saved games falls on whoever applied the changes. Compatibility hiccups pop up unexpectedly now and then. Using these means accepting whatever outcome follows. Risk travels with each download someone chooses to run.
Discord and Community Rules
Respect doesn't just matter - it's required when you're on Tricko Realms or touching anything tied to our Discord tools. Break Discord's rules? That path often leads to warnings, sudden removals, even bans that never lift.
Discord Bots
Built into their design, these bots gather straightforward server details just to keep running. Responsibility does not lie with us if admins use that access poorly or when glitches disrupt service unexpectedly.
Service Availability
Even if things run smoothly today, that does not mean they will tomorrow. Changes can happen anytime - no heads-up needed.
Limitation of Liability
When you use our services, Syntax Error does not take responsibility for damage that might happen - whether it shows up as lost data, missing profits, or breaks in service. What happens afterward stays on your end, even if things go wrong without warning. Our role ends where usage begins, no matter how outcomes unfold. Risks come with access, regardless of intent or result.
Changes to Terms
From time to time, changes might appear in these Terms. Sticking with the service? That shows agreement to what's new.
